Ingredient:
- 1. minched beef
- 2. chopped onion
- 3. black pepper seasoning
- 4. an egg
- 5. flour
- 6.Olive oil for oven
How to make :
- mix all ingredient and leave for 15 minute
- Pre heat oven 200 celcius for 5 minutes
- Spread olive oil on the oven pan
- Mold the beef mixture on the oven pan
- Grill for 20 minutes
- Served with pasta caerbonara
